Candle Care + Safety
To make the most out of your EARLEY+DAUGHTERS candle, please read the following candle safety guidelines and care tips.

-
On the first burn, please allow the wax to melt across the entire diameter of the candle. This is really important - if you don't, the candle may tunnel which will significantly reduce burn time!

-
Do not burn on or near anything that can catch fire. Glass vessels can get very hot so ensure your candle is on a heat proof surface.

-
We recommend burning your candle for 3-4 hours maximum at a time. This is to ensure the wax and the vessel do not get too hot.

-
Trim wicks to approx 5mm before lighting. This will ensure that the flame does not get too large and your candle does not burn too quickly. You should trim the wick while the wax is solid to avoid any debris falling into the wax pool.

-
Never leave a burning candle unattended.

-
Keep out of the reach of children and pets.

-
Do not continue to use the candle once the wax level reaches 10mm. Allowing the candle to burn right to the bottom of the jar runs the risk of it becoming too hot and shattering. At 10mm it’s time to reuse/recycle your candle jar!
